Contact usDo I need planning permission to erect a fence on my property?
Most fences won’t need planning permission, but some might need permission when they are: higher than 2 metres, or higher than 1 metre and next to a road. Also, if your house is a listed building, or if your neighbour’s house is a listed building, you may need permission. It is worth checking if your fence fits any of these criteria.
